Hello Hoya Family
This year Slam and Jam is excited to have 3 teams that automatically qualify for their national tournaments this year 9U, 11U (Black), and 15U based on their 2006-2007 performances. Our other teams 10U, 11U (Gold), 12U, 13U, and 14U will have to qualify at the upcoming regional tournament, or a super regional tournament of their choice. Our 13 U Team is looking for a few additional players contact coach Archie Beslow if you have players or interested in helping him out, our 14 U and 15U teams will start their workouts soon Contact Myself, Coach Tim (443-762-3324), Coach Mike (240-460-3067), or Coach HInes (202-438-1793) if you have players that are interested in our older age group divisions. This year the older teams will be challenged to go to the Showcase Tournaments and their respective AAU nationals. Our goal is to get the older kids exposed to high school coaches and college recruiters.

Our Slam Newsletter needs representatives from each to report the team stats, accomplishments, etc to our editor Willie Hope(301-509-8263), who will then send out the general newsletter, but also send to webmaster for our web page.
